Customers may cancel an order before it is accepted or dispatched by the seller.
Once an order is prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed.
In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply if the seller or delivery partner has already incurred costs.

In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of damage or incorrect delivery:
Groceries and food items
Perishable goods (vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat)
Items marked as "non-returnable"
Certain non-perishable items may be eligible for return if:

The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery (or as specified)
The item is unused and in original packaging

The actual credit time may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.
