  • Customers may cancel an order before it is accepted or dispatched by the seller.

  • Once an order is prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed.

A seller may cancel an order due to:

In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

1.3 Cancellation by IndyMart

IndyMart reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Technical or payment gateway errors

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

IndyMart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining clear return and refund rules as per applicable laws

  • Accepting valid returns and refunds

  • Ensuring product quality and correct fulfillment
